Our retreat locations are handpicked for their welcoming and friendly hosts and their beautiful and peaceful surroundings, and the food is homemade, healthy, nutritious and very tasty. Each retreat is designed to honour Joseph Pilates' original vision while embracing the power of social connections, being in nature and dipping a toe into a new experience, such as a soundbath in a wildflower meadow, learning flamenco in a barn, or your first Turkish Hammam!

Teaming up with another Legacy Pilates teacher Janet Whitwood of Sunderland Pilates, to offer you an unforgettable week of rest and restoration.
This is an ideal trip for first time visitors and a beautiful introduction to an area that combines Ottoman, Mediterranean, and Central Asian cultures.

Welcome to your transformative Pilates journey! I’m Pauline and my mission is to help every individual feel more connected to their body and discover the joy of mindful movement!
With 18 years of teaching experience, I've witnessed how Pilates can transform lives across all ages and abilities. My personal journey from surviving a life-changing accident to becoming a dedicated Pilates instructor has deepened my understanding of both the physical and mental benefits of this practice.
Beyond the physical practice, our retreats foster genuine connections and joyful moments. You'll share laughter during group activities, forge new friendships during communal meals, and create lasting memories through sunset beach walks and fireside chats. We believe that wellness should be fun, and our retreats balance focused practice with playful exploration.
From impromptu dance sessions to creative movement challenges, we incorporate elements of play that make fitness feel effortless. Join morning meditation circles, participate in partner exercises that build trust and community, and enjoy evening storytelling sessions under the stars.
These shared experiences create a supportive community where lasting friendships naturally bloom. Many of our past participants still meet regularly, continuing their wellness journey together long after the retreat ends.
